The awesome painting is a 16x48 custom built wooden canvas with Luke 18:16 on it. The painting is sealed and can be used indoors or outdoors (on a porch, etc.). The retail value of the painting is $275! The whimsical style and gogeous colors will look great in any home...I think it will look cute in a kid's room or playroom even! I'm so excited to see who wins!!
Emily chose a perfect verse for an adoption fundraiser, right? She said:
When I started looking for a Bible verse to paint on this particular piece of artwork, Luke 18:16 kept pulling at my heart. When everyone was turning the children alway, Jesus told the crowd that these were the ones who deserved the kingdom of Heaven. Little Max deserves to learn about the glory of God! What an awesome thing to know that your family will show and teach him the love of Jesus Christ!
More from Emily:
Since I was a little girl I have had two major passions. One of those was my love for painting! The other one was adoption. I have ALWAYS wanted to adopt a child...and still do today! I think adoption is a beautiful thing, and I am thrilled to be helping out this amazing family with bringing little Max home!
